Our Status portal is a key part of our operational processes, particularly relating to release and incident management. The Status system is used to:
- Automate release and change communications to stakeholders
- Allow self-service access to service status
- Provide latest updates for ongoing incidents
The Status portal is a public and can be accessed directly via the URL. There is no user management or invite process; simply access the portal when you want to check the status of our systems.
